Habitan en grandes partes de Per\u00fa, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, y Argentina. Viven mayormente en las monta\u00f1as Andinas. Tienden llamarse \"Runakuna\" y su idioma es el \"Runa Simi\". Hoy existen mas de 10 millones de quechua hablantes, los cuales hablan diferentes dialectos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\">El pueblo Quechua fue un gran imperio, conquistado por los Espa\u00f1oles en el siglo 15. Como resultado del contacto Europeo, muchos hablantes del Quechua murieron de enfermedades tra\u00eddos de Europa. Tambi\u00e9n sufrieron la destrucci\u00f3n de un avanzado sistema social, hambruna, genocidio, y esclavitud.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Hoy en dia, los Quechua contin\u00faan siendo el grupo \u00e9tnico mas grande en Per\u00fa. Los dialectos mas grandes del Quechua son el Quechua Cusco y el Quechua Ayacucho. Estos dos dialectos tienen la Biblia completa en sus idiomas.
